Chef Joey has a passion for  honest food. Honest food means ingredients that have been locally grown in the very soil we walk on. He strives to get to know the local farmers as friends and only uses local grass fed and free range proteins. Keeping this promise to himself and to his patrons has kept him continuously educating himself on keeping his dishes full of nutrients and in it’s most natural state possible. He exudes amazing skill in taking simple, fresh ingredients and makes them into extraordinary dishes. He enjoys not only pleasing your palate but takes pride in educating his guest on how honest food can be obtained at home.
