Audrea Carroll Weimer was born and raised in the DFW area and is a proud 5th Generation Texan and one of the Descendants of Stephen F Austin’s Old 300, the original settlers of Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and prior to opening Toasted Walnut Table and Market, she worked in the corporate arena for over 31 years for companies such as AMR Corporation, Verizon Communications, and AT&T. In 2017, Audrea founded Tender Smokehouse which gave her the initiative to open her second concept, Toasted Walnut. Tender Smokehouse has locations in Celina, Frisco, Aubrey, Little Elm and soon to be Whitesboro.
A multi-year recipient of the National President’s Volunteer Service Award and a member of United Way’s Women of Tocqueville Society, Audrea’s expertise lies in concept development, marketing, product management, service and customer experience. She currently serves on the Celina Downtown Commission Board.
Audrea has one son who’s a graduate of Oklahoma State University and is a pilot. In her spare time, Audrea enjoys building her faith, spending time with family & friends, volunteering with her dog Drake, design and decor, traveling, hiking, fishing and anything outdoors.
