Audrea Carroll Weimer was born and raised in the DFW area and is a proud 5^th Generation Texan and one of the Descendant of Stephen F Austin’s Old 300, the original settlers of Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and prior to opening Toasted Walnut Table and Market as Owner/Operator, she worked in the corporate arena for over 31 years for companies such as AMR Corporation, Verizon Communications, and AT&T.

A multi-year recipient of the National President’s Volunteer Service Award and a member of United Way’s Women of Tocqueville Society, Audrea’s expertise lies in product development, product management, marketing, account management, and customer experience. She currently serves on the Celina Main Street Advisory Board.

Audrea has one son who graduated from Oklahoma State University and is a commercial pilot for AA. In her spare time, Audrea enjoys building her faith, bass fishing, volunteering, traveling and decorating.
